Denise Nuño joined Taylor Realty in June 2009. She has over 20 years experience as a marketing and public relations professional and was the president/CEO of Hispanic Journal, a national magazine reaching the Hispanic professional community. She has served on numerous boards including Dallas Home Instruction Program for Preschool Youngsters (Chair), Texas Association of Mexican American Chambers of Commerce

(Vice-Chair), Texas League of United Latin American Citizens (Chief of Staff), and SER National Jobs for Progress (Corporate Advisory Board), and was appointed by Governor Rick Perry to serve on the Elections Advisory Board. A long-time community advocate, she holds the SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), TAHS (Texas Affordable Housing Specialist) and SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource) designations.

Tina Murphy, Broker Associate, REALTOR®, Division President, Taylor Realty Associates, LLC, has over 14 years of real estate experience in the Metroplex and Texas. Tina loves her job and loves working with people! Her experience includes residential and commercial real estate sales, brokerage, leasing, property management and Community Association management. Tina is active in the Metroplex by her involvement in local government, charity organizations, and professional associations. One of her favorite non-profit organizations is the Taylor Realty Children’s Charity.
