Tina Murphy, Associate Broker, REALTOR®, Vice President, Taylor Realty Associates, LLC, has over 14 years of real estate experience in the Metroplex and Texas. Tina loves her job and loves working with people! Her experience includes residential and commercial real estate sales, brokerage, leasing, property management and Community Association management. Tina is active in the Metroplex by her involvement in local government, charity organizations, and professional associations. One of her favorite non-profit organizations is the Taylor Realty Children’s Charity.

Tina Murphy holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Alabama Birmingham (UAB). Texas Real Estate Broker’s License. TREC Certified Instructor, CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations). Her background includes a successful 30-year career in sales, field research marketing and banking. Tina lives in Flower Mound with her husband, Pat, and three sons.

Tina’s professional involvement includes The Greater Lewisville Association of REALTORS® (GLAR). The Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce, DFW Chapter of CAI (Community Associations Institute) and Homeowner Association management (HOAs). Tina has been the editor of The Wellington Word, the newsletter of Wellington of Flower Mound Residential Association, Inc, for over 14 years.

She has been an active volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America and a member of Toastmasters International. She conducts orientation classes and marketing classes for new licensees of Taylor Realty Associates, LLC. Tina is the owner/manager of the Flower Mound, Texas Branch Office.
